Amazing sounds. Unfortunately, they don’t stay in my ear. I find myself constantly adjusting them. Because at the price they are. I would hate to have one fall out and get destroyed.

Great sound, poor charging.

I bought these ear buds a month ago and they will not hold a charge. I have returned them and waiting for the new ones to arrive. Very frustrating after paying so much money for these air buds. However, huge fan of Bose and we’ll see what happens when I get replacements. Thanks.

A definite upgrade from the QC1

I've owned the original QC1 earbuds and liked them, but decided to move to the QC2 after reading several great reviews. I agree that the overall sound including noise cancellation is better and worth an upgrade since my wife wanted something to occasionally use on airplanes so I wasn't trashing the old ones. I wish there was some way to determine the case charging status other than when it is fully discharged. Also, I have to use the Bluetooth setting tab on my phone, computer, or iPad to connect to the QC2s when changing devices. The Bose Music app may show they are connected, but usually they aren't after a device switch until I manually connect through the Bluetooth tab.

I purchased these ear buds and what a great sound they have also the sound cancelling is very good. The only gripe is the controls...I am a older guy so they have too many features for this old guy to learn!

The earbuds I bought couldn’t hold a complete charge so I sent them back - they were inspected and was sent a new pair. Great service!

Upgraded to QC II Earbuds- great move!

QC II is definitely an upgrade. Smarter Bluetooth makes it easier to manage multiple devices. Great Bose sound and quality hardware like I’m accustomed to with my other Bose products.
