I got them recently and they surpass my expectations in every respect. They are the best headphones I have ever had! In fact, I rarely use my Bose noise cancelling headphones now.

Shocked at effectiveness of quiet comfort

Like to listen to music when on my riding mower. Reduces mower to quiet hum and music is great…wish I had them long ago…oh yeah they didn’t exist long ago!

After initial setup with good performance, I have had to continually futze with the earbuds to get them to operate properly. First I had to overcome an issue of having sound out of only one earbud. Now I am able to connect the earbuds and pass the fit test, but then unable for to hear any music from the earbuds. Even though other earbuds still easily connect and operate properly. Bose could use improvement in ease, consistency, and reliability of use.

I bought this about a month ago. Absolutely love it. I have a Bose sport earbuds and they are great. Also, Bose makes an excellent Soundsystem.

I have a pair of the original QC earbuds and was excited to get these, however I couldn't configure a secure fit for my ears. Also, I didn't like the way they fit in the charging case. I returned them, and purchased a new pair of the original design.

Best earbuds I ever owned. ( owned a lot)

So the first time putting those in my ear and listening to music I was like holy crap these are amazing… you can actually listen to the noise cancellation with out hearing lots of wind when swinging…. Way better then AirPod and beats…

Great sound

I bought few weeks ago I’m kind of happy it has a great sound , great noise cancellation but very disappointed because it disconnected from my phone and i can’t pair it back to my phone and take long process to connect it back , taking away my time to enjoy it. Also it doesn’t stay in the ear and easy to lose it . I wished they have some type of string to hold them also it could better to connect to Siri without tapping the headphones it will be great if they have voice control
