Received the Bose QC Earbuds for Christmas 2022 and use them everyday but one day they would not pair. Tried everything and they just would not work. Customer service was great as they tried to fix the issue and brought me through all of the steps that I had already done but still could not pair them. I was issued an RMA and a label to send back the earbuds and a week later I recieved a brand new pair.

Bought it and I am very happy. Only complain is that it color with no instructions and even though you can access a link not all questions are answered! When do I know the earplugs need to be recharged. How do I know the case is fully charged.
Once in a while one of the earplug does not work, I have to insert it back to the case and then it works fine!!!???
