Loses Connection Easily

Bose sent me the Earbuds II when my first generation QC earbuds stopped working. Bose replaced the great "ear finn" in both the wired and first generation QC earbuds with an inferior "stability band" system that does not stay put. The least little movement of my head and the earbuds move enough to disconnect. I've experimented with different ear tips and stability bands but with no luck. The "Eartip Test" shows a "good seal," but the buds lose the seal and disconnect. Very disappointing.

You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you, providing a gentle seal and a comfortable, stable experience. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched (such as using a size small eartip with a #3 stability band). If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.

Connection disturbance always

The right earphone does not connect properly. And I will need to reboots the system a couple of times to get it connected with the music.

Rich sound and awesome noise cancelling

These ear buds are next level. The sound quality is rich and better than anything I've experienced to date. I listen to many genres of music, ranging from classical to contemporary, acoustic to electronic trance and the balance of bass to treble is essential for listening pleasure. So far these little gems have handled everything I have asked of them excellently. Probably better than my OTE headphones. I have gone through a lot of earbuds searching for just this quality. The noise cancelling is amazing also. I wear them when I am using my lawnmower and all I hear is a very low hum of the engine. The quality of the music or podcast I'm listening isn't affected in any way and I don't need to increase the volume to a level that threatens to blow out my ear drums to be able to hear clearly and sing along. There is a level of comfort and security from the adjustable fit that makes the sound quality consistent no matter how fast you're moving. The charge with the charging case lasts about 24 hours, 6 hours per charge on the buds and 3 further charges with the case.
