These are Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, starting with the comfort level so you know they are comfortable in your ear. In addition, they come with ear tips and ear wings in small, medium, and large, which will assist in getting the most secure fit in your ear.
The noise canceling system in the Bose QC Earbuds II is simply unique. Compared to pro models out there, the QC Earbuds II is far superior. The transparency mode or the passthrough is also outstanding. The connecting app provides additional access to the level of passthrough to ensure you enjoy your music or other things at an ideal comfort level.
The charging and battery life are great. They provide about six hours of playtime on a single charge, and the carrying case can recharge up to four times for a max playtime of up to 24 hours. However, that is less than other premier-level in-ear headphones, and the lack of wireless charging may make some look for other in-ear headphones.
The touch controls are very friendly and have some great features, including increased volume and seeking through your song. You can also access your intelligent assistance with the QC Earbuds II easily.
On the flip side, there are minor issues that Bose needs to fix immediately. Connection with devices sometimes drops off. The lack of finding my Earbuds II is also missing compared to the other devices. There might be some alternative options; however, I recommend this product to anyone looking for excellent in-ear headphones.
Conclusion: The QuietComfort Earbuds II are fabulous pair of in-ear headphones for everyone. They checked almost all of my boxes when testing a new device. I love the comfort level, fantastic sound, and best-in-class ANC system. So, I do provide my recommendation on purchasing the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, and you will not be disappointed.

Best noise canceling!!

I ordered mine September 20th and they arrived on September 22nd. These are my first non Apple earbuds and I researched for months and decided on the Bose! They were easy to setup and get connected to my iPhone, iPad, and other Bluetooth devices. No issues there! The sound is amazing, better than my Apple AirPods Pro (1st generation). Quiet mode (noise canceling) is great, I hear nothing but my music. You can’t connect to multiple devices at once but that’s not a feature that I need or look for in a product so that didn’t have any affect on my purchase decision. The case is sturdy and lightweight, fits in my messenger bag, or my pocket. I recommend these earbuds 100%!

Great Sound, but….

Sound quality is awesome and noise cancellation works very well. One issue is why Bose did not keep the wireless charging. Another issue is not having ability to use either earbud solo. That is a big issue for me since I use my earbuds at work a lot and have to be aware of what is happening around me so I use whichever is away from areas of concern. Being able to use either at any given time is a rather big issue for me. Getting this issue resolved would help immensely.

Very, Very Good NC Earbuds!

These QC 2 Earbuds provide the best noise cancelling by far of any ear buds that I have tried. Far better than my Airpods Pro. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because the charging case can't be charged wirelessly. That is a huge oversight Bose! If it was, these would be perfect.

I loved the brand in the past, and I had great expectations. Sound quality is ok, but it is not great, not an excellence. A big thumb up for the noise cancelling, it is amazing, the only thing I really appreciated in this product. thumb down for the bluetooth part: hard to connect.

A good ear fit and always in place.

When unpacking the earbuds, you immediately receive a super handy manual that explains in short steps what you have to do. Installing the app went smoothly and pairing the earbuds is just fine. When placing the earbuds in your ear, you will be told that it is paired, you can also set the app to tell you how much battery percentage you have. You can manage this in the app, so if you'd rather not do this, you can turn it off, which is great.
I had been looking for earbuds for a while that fit well during exercise and do not fall out of my ear every second, luckily I finally found it.
During exercise it just stayed in place, I didn't even have to touch or hold it. Super nice if you want to shut yourself off from annoying noises, construction noises and all other stimuli in your own environment. I'm really surprised how well noise canceling works. Battery lasts a long time, not yet tracked how long. You don't have to do it often, so that's a plus. Also nice that you can charge the case. - Manage sound via the app, super nice. - Sound quality is really nice and you can control the volume of the sound through the app
