Low Voice Volume

Had this product a couple weeks and am very unhappy with the volume while on the phone. I primarily use mine for phone calls. Had a very hard time hearing people I was talking to. Tried adjusting volumes and calling Custer service and nothing helped. I returned product.
However, headphones are very comfortable and fit securely in ear. If they could fix the volume issue, I’d definitely buy again.

Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II

Sound is amazing. However, no instructions when I received them. Earbuds were too complicated to figure out. And on top of all of that, I found out that the only way to play only one side, the other earbud has to be located on the same side - in my case, I put it in my pocket, because if you place it in the charging case, the one in your ear won’t play. I had to google some stuff just to figure out how to operate them. I thought about sending back for a refund. Not sure if I’ll ever purchase again!

Not an ideal upgrade for me

These hands down beat the AirPods and AirPod Pros, which is why I purchased these in the first place.
I had the first version for about 3 years before the case wouldn’t charge anymore so I upgraded to these. This is a comparison between the first and second versions. I’ve been using the second version for about a week now.
1. The fitment for me is worse than the first version. They don’t stay in as well, which results in having to push them back in every so often depending on what I am doing. Staying still, these stay on great though.
2. The smaller touch space makes it harder to adjust volume because you have to be more precise but also increases inadvertent actions because while adjusting the fitment, there’s less surface area to hold to adjust so I often find myself pausing what I’m listening to
3. The touch controls changed. The biggest changes to me: one tap to play/pause and only two options for customizing and that’s with a long tap rather than a triple tap. They aren’t as customizable as before. I’m sure part of it has to do with being able to use the R and L independently, which isn’t possible with the first versions.
4. Sound quality is improved, though I feel marginally because it’s hard for me to notice with everything that I listen to.
5. Phone quality is better. It was very hard for the other person to hear me during phone calls, that is much improved with these.
6. Battery life seems to be longer with the headphones themselves as well as the case holding more charges too.

Best Earbuds Ever

I previously used Sport Earbuds, and I was happy with them. I wanted to try the QuietComfort Earbuds II for the 90-day risk free trial, and I was blow away how quiet the noise cancelling feature is. The sound is unbelievably great! I will definitely not be returning these.

Good sound but expect wind noise

I got these because I wanted transparency mode to hear the outside world, but with that there is an annoying wind noise that they let in no matter what mode you are in. Inside they are great but not for outside use.

Very happy with my purchase. The earbuds are easy to use and have the highest quality of sound that I have experienced. The only feature that is missing is a "Locate My Device" option.
