Good earbuds

Nice fit. All others earbuds that I have tried did not stay tight in my ear or would fall out with a little activity. The Bose have outstanding noise reduction and comfort. The “Aware” mode could stand to let sound in, especially voices. Overall these earbuds are meeting my needs.

Great Features & Sound

I bought these as an upgrade from my previous Bose earbuds. These are quite a bit smaller and I did swap out the rubber insert for a better fit. I love the noise cancellation option and look forward to putting them to the ultimate test on my next flight. The sound quality is superb.

The music audio is fantastic. The phone use is pretty terrible so far. People can not hear me and I have not found a setting that works good yet.

Not charging

they will no longer charge. When we plug them in the light on the case blinks amber and white, and they wont charge up. Any Suggestions
