People can not hear you on the phone

When you make a phone call it is muffled
They can’t even do voice dictation….
I have been through 7 pairs even bought a new iPhone because Bose said it must be your phone….
Bose NEEDS to address the microphone..
I only buy Bose
Pre ordered these and was very disappointed when my wife said she couldn’t hear me…
If you don’t need to speak into them they are great…
I repeat They are very MUFFLED FOR THE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE WILL NOT DO DICTIONS

Silent mode

I am very pleased with this purchase , although I haven't figured out how to put it back on silent mode where it blocks everything out. Even without figuring that out, they are quiet enough, comfortable and are great quality!

Great esrbuds

Love the fit they are solid in my ears for running walking etc. had to use the small ones with medium rings. Sound is on the bass side but I love that no tinny sounds at all. Of course noise cancellation is second to none. Overall 5 star.

I read a lot of negative reviews about these earbuds about how they don’t work with iPhone how they are difficult to connect to your phone the list goes on. However I am pleasantly surprised! Theses earbuds are
great I love the noise canceling feature at work, they are amazing I am easily distracted but the noise canceling feature lets me focus on work. I haven’t really gone through and experienced all the features but I am happy with these earbuds. One review I read said that talking on the phone with these was problematic NOT TRUE. I have not had any issues and the person on the other line can hear be just fine. I DO RECOMMEND THESE EARBUDS, over the air pod pros because these stay in your ears. Sound quality is ok not as good as I expected but again I mostly listen in the quiet mode.

One con about these they are a bit bulky. But other than that I highly recommend.

This new model is vastly improved over the precios model, including the ear fitting design. Nothing compares to Bose in noise cancelling. Particularly very effective on canceling airplane noise!
