Love the Quiet Mode

These are great! The quiet mode literally blocks out all external noises like magic. My only problem is that anytime I barely brush the outer part of the earbud, it changes modes, or turns on music, and I am unsure how to turn this off. But I still recommend them, and think they're great comparted to other earbuds. They fit like a charm!

Comfortable and sound great!

I have a pair of Quiet Comfort over the ear headphones, but wanted something I could wear when wearing a ball cap at work. I bought the Quiet Comfort Earbud IIs for a smaller size. The noise cancelling mode is very good, and the music sounds amazing. Great bass and nice midrange tone. I would recommend these to everyone!

One of the best earbuds on the market

Sound quality is superb. The new (much smaller) case is a big improvement vs. prior models. The new design looks also amazing. Only negative is that the fit is worse (not as sturdy) than previous models which had full sized wingtips (Bose probably scaled back on that to fit the earbuds in the small case).

Noise cancellation mode hissing sound

I bought this because of debilitating misophonia only to find out that the noise cancellation mode has an unpleasant and loud hissing sound. It’s awful.

Great Features and sound

Bought a month ago and have enjoyed the sound quality and features. The fit is perfect and the noise cancellation is amazing. The only problem I have is that when you are in windy conditions, the noise is very annoying. The mic picks up wind even while listening to music. For the money of this product, that is disappointing.

Great Features room for improvement

The Bose sound stands alone. Deep, rich and full, however, the soft ring cushionsthat fit your ear to the earbud, well those need improvement. I use a large and they seem to roll off and move around the base. I fear I will lose mine eventually. Ive already found them separated from the buds. Also the charging stand is extremely positional. I've have had one charge and one has not.
