Catches noise easily in the background

I bought these air buds after having the Apple AirPods second generation. I bought them because the AirPods easily pick up my background and gets amplified four times. I was highly disappointed when I found out that these earbuds do the exact same thing. I love the noise cancellation and the ease of the app but they pick up my background very easily so when that happens, I disconnect the air buds and reconnect them for a better experience.

Terribly glitchy

These headphones are awful! They continuously stop working for no reason. The bluetooth disconnects and will not reconnect periodically. They are not reliable and are a clumsy design. Tapping on them turns them on or off, but this function happens without touching them as well.

Upgraded from sound sport, noise cancel for overseas flight was perfect, sound is great EQ feature to adjust bass = clutch

Excellent anc function, fits my ear perfectly & does not fall out during heavy activities compared to other product. The only down side I notice was the quality of charging case cover that sqeaks when fitted to a hardcase. Probably the weak spot for damage. Other than that it is a great product.

Good quality

Certain users will find these nice to be cordless. Disappointing battery life so they are no good for my purposes in the field. Bose should have figured out a full day battery not just hours. So be prepared to take the usb charging case with you and recharge them several times a day. The noise settings work well. Nice job with that. Seems the music quality of these is not quite as good as the wire-type earbuds; not sure why. I still use my old wire-types more. If Bose would up battery capabilities they’d have a winner. I do love Bose products.

Great sound and noise canceling, mediocre case

The sound is really great on these earbuds, very well balanced. The noise canceling is also better than I expected from an earbud. The case, however, leaves something to be desired. My biggest complaint about the case is that the lid doesn't latch closed. I also have 2 sets of the Bose Soundsport earbuds. The case on those latches closed, so when I am travelling, the case doesn't pop open. With the QCII earbuds, since the case doesn't latch, I worry that it will just come open and I'll lose one of the earbuds. The other thing about the case is that the hinge seems a bit flimsy compared to the Soundsport case.
