These are the best ear buds i have used. They fit perfect, sound great and the noise cancellation feature is just phenomenal. They dont fall off my ears which is the problem i had with others buds and they pair well with my phone. Overall a great product as promised by Bose.

I upgraded to the newest product.. I was already happy with my original pair however the customization feature really not really knocked it out of the park great product!

Super comfortable

I had these for a couple of weeks now and i really love them. The noise cancellation works amazingly. My only concern is the case feels pretty cheap and i feel like it will break

Great ANC

Great ANC earbuds - they block low and high frequencies as I never experienced before form TWS earbuds. Besides that, they are very comfortable, they sound really good and call quality is nearly perfect.
On the downside, three issues: annoying white noise present all the time, man can not turn the ANC off and they do not support wireless charging (yes, they don't).

So happy with these earbuds! Better sound and more comfortable than the original ones. I have hearing loss, and with the right bands, tips, and equalizer settings I can even compensate for it.

Improved Bass from QC

The sound quality has improved with the lower end noticeable in the genres that I listen too. Metal, Pop, Singer/Songwriter, no Rap or Hip Hop. Fitvwas excellent right out of the box

Good product

I bought these about a month ago and I'm happy with them. Couple things could be better like being able to wear 1 ear piece sometimes. Also when in aware mode when a loud noise happens it's a weird how you hear it a split second then lowers, sounds like my ear drums are shocked for a split second. The quiet mode is great tho, you can't hear anything. They are very comfortable also.

the earbuds are so comfortable and fits really well. the sound is amazing. everything is amazing about this product. my only problem is with the bluetooth!! the left side does not connect when alone .. and you can't connect 2 devices to the earbuds

You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.
