Good, but expected perfect

Pros: Sound quality & noise cancelling are both great. Both are unlike any headphone / ear pod I've tried before.
Cons/Could be improved: Randomly, but infrequently, disconnects from my phone. Not sure why, but it always quickly reconnects. An annoyance.
Also, the earbuds didn't fit great. Tried every combination that came with it, but they would always feel loose and eventually fall out. Don't blame Bose for this one, as this has happened for ever ear bud I've ever tried. I have weird shaped ears. I did end up getting foam replacement tips that fit and stay snug in my ear. No drop off in sound quality.
Overall, for the price I would have expected perfect, but they aren't. But I'm truly impressed with the sound quality and noise cancelling.

Nice noise canceling but not for SSD

They Bose quiet comfort has a nice sound. ease of use. I am single sided deafness and the Noise canceling is what I bought it for. does not work with using only one ear bud. I was informed that you can use the right earbud without the left but not vise versa. It is usable for music. otherwise a nice set of ear buds. I will be returning and possibly purchasing the noise canceling head sets.

The stero sound is by far the best ear pods i have ever had. The depth of the music is an ethereal experience. I have odd ear cannels so fitting them so they stay in for long periods has been a challenge.

Horrible apple IOS

I bought these earbuds to replace my airpod pro. I had high hopes for them, but now very disappointed. the Bose Music App on my phone although updated, fails to find the earbuds. It will connect intermittently then disconnect.

Low volumes compared to AirPods

The volume is lacking compared to Apple AirPods. There is slight discomfort with wearing these.

Awesome Earbuds for Intense Workouts

I bought the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II as an upgrade for my Power Beats and couldn’t be more happy for the selection I made. The sound quality is way better and they stay in my ears while running 5+ miles.

I wanted to love!

I loved the sound quality of these. I loved the noise cancelling and how much it blocked out. I hated they did not stay connected to my iPhone 13 Pro. I sent them back. All of my other Bose products do not have issues with my phone. These did so much so that it was a daily frustration. Many times a day they would disconnect and I would have to have the phone forget the device and start over.
