Terrible set up, phone lost and connection issues

The problems started the day of purchase, sound was great noise cancellation great and microphone great during calls. The issue is the connection to my iPhone it will not pick up and when it does it keeps saying iPhone lost.

bad purchase…i wish i would of bought apple…the sound is not what i expected from bose. clarity is not that good either.

Amplification fades in

I bought the QuietComfort earbuds II a month ago and I really like them. However one major thing is that the amplification (?) seems to fade in and quickly fade out. Might just be a faulty pair of earbuds. Otherwise the functionality and noise cancellation is great.

Returned due to Tragus Piercing - fitting issues

I bought these to use during work because I have extremely noisy coworkers. These earbuds are the most tech advanced I have ever owned. They were also the best I have ever owned regarding quality, sound blocking, sound quality, etc.... However, if you're like me and have a TRAGUS piercing, DO NOT GET THEM. Sadly, because of the way that the earbuds are made, they do not fit in your ear if you have this piercing. You would have to take out your piercing every time to use them. They fit amazing in my right ear (no piercing), and they worked wonderfully, but they wouldn't stay in my left ear (with piercing), they would fit loosely, fall out, and was uncomfortable. I tried the small sizes of the earbud pieces, but its the main part of the earbud that cannot be changed that is what causes it not to fit with the piercing. I also should mention that I have used other earbuds and have not had this problem, it was solely due to the fact that the main part of these earbuds are very large.

Great Sound

Overall having good experience with the product. It would be nice if we can configure the touch sensitivity as sometimes just a touch to pause or swipe to adjust volume would invoke the voice assistant to mode change.

Interesting

The noise canceling is incredible, sound quality also. However, it does not pair easily with other devices. I want to use it on airplanes, but it does not pair with a device that broadcasts Bluetooth that my Beats earbuds, or AirPod Max easily pair with.

great clarity

The clarity in the music is excellent, especially when the QC is enabled. The packaging has no operator instructions so i went online to learn the in's and out's. Entirely satisfied.
