These were given as a birthday gift. Love the sound quality. Only thing is that the left bud keeps disconnecting. I have to recount them. It getting annoying. Downloaded the app but doesn’t help. I gave up

Never experienced earbuds this good.

I bought these a few months ago and have no regrets. Love the design of the buds and the incredible quality. There's a glitch that I wish was an actual feature and I hope it could be looked into.

Performance is less than expected

I purchased these to wear for work. The noise canceling is great. Sound quality is not as great coming from Bose product. I had another pair not a Bose product that had better sound quality. My biggest issue is that I use pressurized air to blow off the parts I manufacture. The feedback in my ear from the air being used is quite annoying. It's as if the air is being blown right next to my ears. I haven't been able to find a solution yet. I have tried different settings but they all still leave me with annoying noise in my ears when using the air.

Hello, it's great to hear you feel the noise-cancelling is great. The Earbuds noise-cancelling uses microphones on the outside, to create the best noise-cancelling. High wind or air environments can impact this. We recommend using them on lower noise-cancelling such as aware mode in this type of environment. Struggles with: multiple devices; secure ear fit

Overall very good. The ear got while running is a little insecure (feels like they will fall out with the largest adapters installed). Also, I like using various devices (phone, pad, Apple TV, Bluetooth extension for other screen, etc) and have had to reconnect the Bluetooth several times. On occasion, the syncing between the buds gets out of wack as well. I corrects, but it is annoying.

Feature heavy, great sound quality.

These earbuds are great. You will not find a better blend of audio processing tech and hardware. Don't use Bose's app. The Bose music app ruins the sound. Ditch it and go with your phone or whatevers EQ. Now finally, I was expecting these to WOW me. And quite simply, they didn't. They're good. Don't get me wrong. But just barely better than my $60 Monster headphones. Bass isn't much deeper than any other buds and doesn't punch much harder than any other brand. These are definitely LOUD compared to other buds, but they're definitely not worth the MSRP for them. If you have a decent set already, skip these. Or wait for sales. Not AT ALL worth the money.

Excellent Sound Quality

My new BOSE is not only a replacement but also an update. The sounds quality is excellent and it really blocks out background noise. Occasionally there’s a switch with sound between both earbuds. Great buy!
