Good sound and noise cancellation

I bought these hoping they would be comfortable enough to wear in bed and cancel out the dogs and loud cars because the earbuds I bought from a competitor weren’t suitable for that. And while I still notice that there is something in my ear, I can wear these in bed. Plus, the sound and noise cancellation are better. The cons of these are that they have less range, there is a slight hiss when not listening to something and sometimes one earbud won’t connect and I have to put it back in the case before it will connect. The connection issue hasn’t happened in the last week so maybe it’s fixed. Overall I would rate these higher than my other pair though I use both pairs in different situations.

No volume adjustment for phone calls.

I bought the limited edition model in blue and I could not adjust the volume on it for my iphone 14 Pro. It was fine for music, however, I could not adjust for incoming and receiving calls. I returned it, but I will buy Apple earbuds from now on.

Love the earbuds

Great for airplane travel, mutes much if the airplane drone. I also wear them running and they allow for background noise to be heard over music. The compaalso has excellent customer service!

Love Bose products. I do however have difficulties making them fit snugly in my ear. I she’s tried all of the tips and even got the extra large ear tips. Still a little loose in my ear. I

The silent mode on it is astonishing. Can’t hear anything at the gym. Should use it when the kids are being needy!!! Problem with the charging cord. Worried about breaking the inside piece when charging. Otherwise perfect.

Sound and noise cancellation were wonderful. However, on the 2nd day of use, my music suddenly stopped, and an earbud popped out of my ear when I was not moving. I’d prefer earbuds that consistently work, and have a loop that goes over the ear.

The audio will pause due to in-ear detection default settings, which you can changed within the product settings. Adjust this to you need and let us know if this helps the problem you’re noticing.

Top quality

After 3 pairs of AirPods and the worst support from Apple, I was gifted my Bose headphones. The sound quality and fit is superior. I did have an issue after only 3 months and the support process was seamless. They replaced my product right away and I had my new headphones in 3-4 days. There's a reason the Bose cost more, they're superior quality.
