Noise cancelling is top notch but Bluetooth disconnects constantly and phone call quality is really bad

Used to be biggest BOSE fan boy - now disappointed

I've had every BOSE product since the first wired headsets. I've always loved the design, the lasting product and best of all the sound quality. These newest pair have left me wanting more - no longer is there a loop to have the units sit securely in your ears. I often find myself trying to readjust for a snugger fit (yes, I have tried all the extra ear parts) and when I go to adjust because of the placement of touch sensors, I hang up on whomever I am on the phone with. I ended up returning them as I couldn't justify such a purchase with such a lack of quality....

Bought this to bring peace in my life after experiencing the first gen. This is 10 fold over the original. The amount of noise it cancels out impresses me everyday. I use my sets from ambient db levels of 40 to manhattan city buses and subways. The app requires work. Constantly restarting my phone or force closing the app due to connectivity issues while the Bluetooth is still engaged. Sound quality is excellent. I prefer neutral to softer mids with detailed highs and lots of bass and these certainly deliver. However the dealbreaker is the incredible ANC under all conditions. The aware mode with active sense is excellent. The upper limit is just a bit high for me. Noise gets uncomfortable around 70-75 db. The threshold seems to be around 75-80db. Would be nice to also adjust the threshold but definitely does a great job at reducing the environmental noise levels. The app requires work. Wireless charging? Requires a computer to update the case?

I had it about 6 weeks great sound nice features only issue I find myself adjusting them a lot in the gym. I tried other fitting but I still have to adjust them.

New AuietComfort Earbuds

I had a pair of Boss earbuds for a few years, but the batteries were starting to wear out. So, I purchased the QuietComfort II, and what a difference! The sound is phenomenal, and the comfort is superb! I've been a Boss fan since purchased my first pair of 901 speakers. Keep up the great sounds!
