Good features but need more

I bough special edition Bose quite comfort 2 the last month and they are amazing . I only have a few things I would have liked it to be able to do though.

Great sound

This is my second attempt to use earbuds. I purchased Bose because I have regular Bose ear phones that are great. Only problem I have is that I cannot find the right fit for one ear and the bud keeps falling out. So, I cannot use them while walking. Other than that, they sound great. Now, if you can come up with a app that works you'll have better product.

Purchased a few weeks ago and travelled with them this last week. Real disappointed. Far preferred my old set with plug in cord due to easy of use.

Sound is amazing, but the connectivity is not

All the youtube reviews will tell you that the sound is much better than the Airpods Pro but when it comes to the connectivity, jeez it's bad. When I first opened the first, it wouldn't recognize the earbuds, I had to uninstall/install the app twice. Then switching between devices is basically hit or miss, you never know if it'll work or not.
If you ask me now, I think I would have gone with the airpods pro 2 instead. Bose really need to work on their app and connectivity.

The only thing need to get better is the mic they hear all the background noise while driving all just walking the noise canceling is excellent and the app makes easy to adjust as need it

Not working

No Audio from right earbud. When inserting right earbud there’s no prompt, hence no audio. Going to try factory reset today.

Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds ll

I purchased the original model and absolutely loved them - I used them everyday for work. The mic stopped working on one and Bose sent me out the new ones under warranty - I was really excited. However, they are really a pain to take out when a call comes in and have caused many missed calls. I really wish I had the old model due to design.
If you are not taking them in and out of the case, they are great! They fit great and sound great.
