Worst Purchase in years

Could not get them to work. Would not connect to any of my devices. They are sending me another set but I am not holding my breath.

Exceptional Sound!!!

I have wanted to purchase Bose earbuds for quite some time and was finally able to do so. Wow, these have superb sound and exceed any previously owned earbuds or headphones. I am so happy and they truly provide an exceptional sound experience!

Super Sound

I needed quality earbuds for running long miles. These are super great earbuds; they stay in place and allow me to hear around me while running. And then I switch to quiet mode for when I'm working. Absolutely love these earbuds!

Great sound but connection issues

I bought these about a month ago. The sound is fantastic. Controls are very touchy. Just pushing them back in place results in pausing sound or changing the volume. I also bought this version of earbuds because they finally work Independant of each other. That being said they will not stay connected to my apple devices when being used one at a time. I constantly have to physically reconnect them if I pause music/videos or change apps

Hard to connect to a iPhone

Sounds good but connecting to a iPhone or MAC book is very difficult. The device will disconnect after 2-3 minutes

Not really a user friendly

Want my money back

Paid a lot of money for something that I have to keep pairing. Stopping in a middle of a run and have to keep placing the ear buds back in their charging case so they find my phone again, to reconnect to the Bluetooth. No, not happy. When will you have the return of the Wire to phone ear buds? That style never dropped connection to my IPhone.
