It’s been less than a month and they already messed up. Music sometimes skips like you had a CD player on you and the audio glitches as well. It’s weird. I also don’t like that the audio automatically plays when you put the headphones on. Anyway, disappointed with the audio issue. Same thing happened to a family member. Hopefully the ones that are being sent out don’t have the same issue.

A coworker suggested I upgrade from my first generation Bose earbuds, and I'm so glad I did! These are comfortable, lightweight, and stay in my ears really well. It was easy to set up, and I've had zero problems. No complaints at all, I love these!!

Won’t stay connected. Even the phone is right in your hand. You have to connect some app AND the Bluetooth on your phone or it will not work long enough to even use.

Great earpiece, not so great battery case

I bought these night 3months ago. They are definitely an improvement in quality over their predecessors. That is just the earpiece though. The case for the new model of earpiece is a step back from the case of the older earpiece. The new battery cases storage capacity is significantly lower then the older model and it also seems more flemzy and of less quality then I would expect from Bose (also considering the price). So in short, the new earpiece is definitely an upgrade, but the new battery case is a step backwards

I wish I had my previous QuietComfort Earbuds

I left my QuietComfort Earbuds in a rental car recently...my bad. I wish I could get them back. About a month later, I purchased the QuietComfort Earbuds II. What I preferred with the previous Earbuds: -charging case, more solid, more easy to handle, like the charging lights on the front, liked the button latch -earbuds were easy to pick up out of the case and easier to handle, with the new ear buds they are difficult to grasp and I am dropping them as I withdraw from the charging unit, I am not sure how best to grip or hold them, they feel awkward
New Earbuds do fit well and have spectacular sound quality...just wish I had my old set.

Good Product but received a lemon

I purchased these headphones and really enjoyed them. A few days after I purchased I started noticing a crackling in my left ear bud. I did some research online and came to the conclusion that this was something that would not go away and needed to return to bose. I believe I purchased a lemon pair but, have not received my new headphones from Bose yet to determine if these end up having the same issue or not.
Response from bose.comBy Nelson Penney, Customer Care, April 19, 2023
Hi Clark. Thank you for posting. Sorry to hear that you are hearing a crackling sound in your earbuds. It is normal to have some crackling in noisy environments such as airplanes taking off, concerts, emergency sirens, and construction zones (among others) can overwhelm the microphones used to monitor external frequencies (part of the ANC technology) causing the headphones to crackle or distort. Please be aware, this can also happen in Quiet and Aware modes. If you require further assistance in the future, please contact us here. https://bose.life/3BgUIIU. We would love to help.
