The new earbuds are better than the first ones. Size and noise cancellation are far better than the first ones.

All around great earbuds!

The Bose Quiet Comfort II earbuds are an all around great product. To start, the noise cancellation feature on these works great! Using these to take calls in a loud warehouse environment has been a blessing. The active feature works great as well! Being able to keep the earbuds in and still hearing what is going on around you is very helpful. These earbuds sound incredible. Bose really kept up to their name on these and the sound they produce. You can also set your own EQ through the easy to use app. It has always been difficult for me to find ear buds that fit properly and are still confortable. These fit really well in my ears and the different tip options that come with the earbuds made it easy to find the right fit. I would highly suggest these to anyone looking for a great pair of earbuds.

Solid choice

So, I love the way they fit especially compared to the series 1. I also bought the Apple Air Pod Pro Gen 2 and am giving the edge to Bose due to sound quality and Noise Cancelling. That said, I gave it only 4 stars because I fully charged them and then put them in my computer case where they sat for 1 week and I pulled them back out and they were both down to 10% charge. That's a complete deal breaker for me. That said, the Gen 1 would last forever and keep a full charge so I suspect it's a software glitch. I did upgrade the case when I received it and once I recharged the pods it showed an update for the pods. I fully charged them on Monday night and it's now Thursday and I just connected them to my phone and they show 100%. I'm not yet 100% sure that the issue is resolved so I'm leaving my review at 4 for the moment.

Excellent Sound! The Bose QC II Earbuds

Got these on the first day of release. I truly didn't care for the prior QC Earbuds 1 so I was hopeful that this product would be an improvement over that. Bose DELIVERED!!!!!

After owning numerous Bose products, and after using Apple Ear Buds, I can safely say that these are far and away the best for noise suppression and sound quality. I’ve tried them in aircraft - superb! Loud cars - fantastic! Sound quality, even under these conditions, is outstanding! My only quibble is that the light on the case remains on whenever plugged in, it doesn’t change color or simply go out when fully charged. That’s the sum total of my negative comments!

Sound quality is terrific!

I expected great noise cancelation front Bose but the sound quality makes these new buds my favorite. I've used Sony XM4s, LinkBuds S, airpods pro 1 and airpods 3, but the new Bose is the best. Sound quality and comfort plus decent call quality are my main criteria. These hit all the marks for me.

I was gifted a pair of these earlier this year, so when the newer ones came out I bought them for my husband. These are great buds. They sound good when we talk on the phone, as well.
