Great sound quality

I purchased the Bose earbuds a month ago. The sound quality is amazing! But the connectivity is terrible! If I’m listening to music and get a call they disconnect. You have to reconnect with the app

Love these earbuds!!

These are so much better than the original. Better sound, better noise cancellation on phone calls and the battery seems to last longer so far. The fit is 10x better. Highly recommend.

Not quite right

I love the sound on these earbuds. But the only thing that I have had so much trouble is the right earbud. I can’t just put them on and they both work . The right side almost always doesn’t turn on . I tried the trouble shooting . I figured that the reason why is because the earbud thinks that it is not a good fit. So it won’t allow the earbud to turn on. I tried using all 3 sizes . I mean they all feel like the snug in my ear. But I still have to move the earbud around then take the earbud out of my ear and the pull the earbud cover off and put it back . Sometimes that works most of the time it doesn’t like right at this moment the right earbud is not working. it’s been about a week and that I have them . I am truly considering returning them . There should be a setting that removed that fit sensor or what ever it is called.

Fall out of my ears no matter what i use.

Everything about these headphones is great with sound and quality but one major flaw is they fall out of my ears no matter which combo of tip and stability band. Very sad about this .

Making noise

It has been around four months since I purchased it. The the left earbud suddenly started making noise and then stopped working. I talked to Bose, and the service was excellent. They sent me a new pair Quietcomfort ii. It’s been about two weeks, and I am having the same problem.

Absolutely love these

I had Bose headphones that I bought back in 2017. They work just fine but I wanted an upgrade. My husband tried to get me to switch to airpods. These Bose are much better than the airpods plus have longer battery life. I use these everyday. Best purchase I have made!
