Sound great, hard to hold

I have been very happy with the sound of my BQCEBII. The bass extension is excellent, clearly delivering the very lowest notes without losing it, and without being overbearing, unlike some buds I have tried which turn everything into an obnoxious, bass forward dance mix. There is the occasional Bluetooth garbled note, but not too bad. My big complaint is that the buds and the case are as smooth and slippery as if they had been polished, lubed, and polished again. They sell case covers which are more fricative and will net Bose an extra 24 or 34 bucks, but the buds can still easily slip out of your fingers and down the sewer grate.

Annoying

I’m on pair 4 of Bose headphones. I opted for the quiet comfort 2 because, ‘ooh fancy’ and I hate them. My second pair of soundsport just wore out and wouldn’t hold a charge after years and I lost my closest thing to soundsport just recently. If you have your headphones in but not active for long periods the sound is reluctant to come back, requiring disconnects from Bluetooth, forgetting your device, and restarting. Today at the gym I had to go back to my case which I keep in the car, to get them to work. I liked the three tap pause better because it was more deliberate than the one for adjusting. I hate the volume slider, full stop. One finger running parallel to the shape of your ear after a double tap, guys. This accidentally Turing down the volume than stopping the song stuff is so frustrating. They also retain sweat up against your ear, but idk how you’d practically fix that and it isn’t bad, just not ideal. Sound quality, good. Charge capacity fine. Absolutely no clip for your belt. The product is fine, but the practical application of is a nightmare for me, and if I didn’t have multiple good experiences to round it out I would go elsewhere with my headphone dollar.

I upgraded from the Bose Sport to these. The nose canceling works amazing and the sound is superb. Perfect amount of bass and well balanced highs and lows. If you are debating on buying or upgrading you will see why Bose is regarded as the leader in premium headphones!

I upgraded from my QC earbuds to the QC2 earbuds and I must say it was the BEST decision ever. AWESOME sound and size...just all around great buy!

Good noise cancellation . Clunky operation

I purchased these a couple of weeks ago based on previous Bose products I’ve used and own. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and really struggled with the operation. The earbuds felt great in my ears but I had to reconnect to the app or phone after each time I removed them from my case. I was used to the flawless operation and connection with my AirPods. I really wanted to like these but I feel they fall short when paired with iPhones.

Great but not perfect

The sound is great, the noise canceling is amazing, but they often lose Bluetooth connection and have to be paired again. Sometimes when connection is lost I will get error messages for several minutes while trying to pair. This is very frustrating given the $300 price tag. If this can be fixed they would be perfect.

A great product with superior sound quality, nice features, and easy control.
One missing star is for the experience with Bose app. The ios app works seamlessly with this product, but the Android app occasionally fails to detect the product.
