Better than the first model earbuds

I debated for a long while whether to purchase the new Bose earbuds but I am so happy I did. The sound is so much better than the first model. I have a small ear and this model fits more secure.

Amazing sound underwhelming connecting

I love the sound. These buds are amazing. Connections to my Apple products are spotty at best.

Missing feature and fit challenges

I upgraded from the first generation, sound is great but I’m not sure it’s much better than gen 1. The case is significantly smaller than the gen 1 case which didn’t fit very well in pants however the ability to toggle between paired devices is not available on the second gen unlike on gen 1. I found this to be very useful especially when switching from my phone to my computer, with 1 or 2 pushes of the button in the case I could connect. With the gen 2 you have to get on the computer, go to Bluetooth settings, and then connect there. This is very disappointing. My first gen earbuds fit very well the gen 2”s with the new design not so much. I had no success getting a good fit in my left ear with the options provided, very loose in the left ear. Bose does offer (for sale) a larger size which I purchased. Even with the larger eartip the fit feels slightly loose, I can now get the fit test to show a good seal but it still feels looser than the right.

Hello, it's great to hear you feel the sound is great on these. The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 and have a connection range of 30 feet (9 metres). Thanks for your feedback, it is easy to reconnect to previously paired Bluetooth devices, just go to your device's Bluetooth settings and tap the headphones and they will pair back together again. The Earbuds come with different sized earbuds and stability bands to ensure the best fit. Great sound except for telephone

Awesome Earbuds!!!!

I have had these for a few months now. I love them. The noise cancellation is amazing. I’ve owned a lot of other buds nothing comes close to the Bose earbuds.

The sound quality of this pair of earbuds is good. The noise isolation is amazing. The only downside is this device could not switch within multiple devices automatically. I always need a manual to connect to switch among devices
