I just got mine. No need to review. I have all kind of earbuds, all make big name, the minute I put my Bose earbuds on I could hear the difference, “the BOSE difference. One thing the case should have a keychain.

I've been using the QC-20 ever since they were launched and the QuiteComfort Earbuds II is the perfect evolution. The level of white noise when no audio input is present is remarkable better them the QC-20 and the touch functionally works amazingly well. The new fitment system, using the stability bands also works wonders when jogging - something that was impossible to do with the QC-20 - and the confortable fitment and light weight of the earbuds allows to keep them on the whole day. Battery life gives a good 6 hours plus of silence and recharging them is quick.

Very good sound

I bought these a few weeks ago. Paired easily. plugged in case and left for. day or so. Took out to use a few days later and buds were at 10% charge. Still lasted a couple hrs. Placed back int case and they charged correctly. So far so good after one use.

Poor Performance

The noise cancellation is 10/10 for sure. But it keeps disconnecting all the time, sometimes shortly, sometimes you have to put it back in the case again to reconnect and work again. Very frustrating specially when you’re working out. I’m very disappointed . Returning it.

Expected better

I bought this a month ago and expected to be happy but still not happy. I was using Samsung earbuds which was a disappointment and I decided to try Bose since almost everyone says its good. Unless there is something am not doing right, it doesn't quiet the noise while in use. and the smallest ear cover is still not working for my ears, not sure why.

Hi, I am surprised you did not enjoy the noise canceling of your earbuds. If the ear tips and band are not the correct fit for your ears, this can cause noise leakage which will lead to the noise canceling being ineffective.
