Maybe I got a faulty pair...

I've had these headphones for about two weeks, and while the sound is genuine. There is constant connection issues with my Apple Watch and iPhone. With more than 75% battery, the headphones fail to connect thru the app, after I've restarted all devices I still have the problem, will look into returning.

Difficulties

Seems every time I go to use these I have dip with them. It began by getting a pair that were defective, I returned those and got a new pair. Now with the new pair every time I use them it seems I have to connect them again or sound only comes out of one ear Bud.

Amazing Sound, need bigger wings

Had these for a couple weeks and the sound and noise cancelling is phenomenal. All is well yet even after ordering the extra big buds and “wings” they still struggle to stay in. I wish I could get an even bigger XXL “wings” for stability. Expensive as is and then another $15 to get the bigger fit buds and wings. I am coming from Jaybird Vista 2 budd and they never slipped out due to a much better fit. 4 out of 5 due to that.

After a weird first week they were pretty good

I've had them a little over two weeks now and I like them. The first week though the left one wouldn't charge past 90% and wouldn't connect too often. I'm fairly certain the firmware update resolved the issue but I haven't fully tested it yet

Disappointed with noise canceling

I bought these three weeks ago, and while generally they’re alright, the noise canceling couldn’t keep up with the 3-4 clack per second noise of the folding machine I work at, and instead of quieting the noise it projected the clack of the machine in my ear. The first generation quiet comfort did a better job, and although bigger, they are the ones I use at work. Also I miss the multiple led on case taking off charge level. Also multiple times after charging, put in ear and buds were not at full power, but were almost dead. I also miss the double tap to pause and play.

I’m sorry to hear that your headphones may be underperforming in terms of noise cancellation and charging. We reached out to your directly to help with this concern. In case you haven't seen it, this is what we mentioned.
The combination of both active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. You may be experiencing some difficulty with the charging if the stability bands are not correctly fitted. This can block the earbuds from making a solid connection with the charging pins in the case. You can see here how the bands should fit - https://bose.life/3zjP47A. You’ll also find some extra troubleshooting in case this does not resolve the issue.
