Bass Boosting is too strong

Maybe it’s just my ears being sensitive, I’ve already set the bass boosting and effects to the lowest possible and it is still disorientating. It feels alright and sound quality is good

I had to return the QCII, so I never used this

Unfortunately, Bose released a faulty product, poor, poor, and poor connectivity. I bought it day of release and it was returned a week later, the earbuds only connected half of the time.

Comfortable and quiet

I bought these for airplane travel, and I am very happy with the noise cancelling. For me, they are more comfortable than the over-ear headphones, because the top band on headphones always weighs on me and keeps me from sleeping. I have not tried these yet on a red-eye flight--I am optimistic they will be better. For me, these have way more features than needed and the set-up was overly complicated (requiring App and Bluetooth to do anything), since I really only want "Quiet" and "Aware" modes.

Great when it works…

As a life long Bose enthusiast, this is the first product that I have been disappointed in. There is an issue which requires constant resetting with no apparent rhyme or reason, which is completely annoying! I also have the sport buds and the NC 700HP headphones which do not have this issue. That said, when working properly, the “quiet” feature is outstanding for such a small device.

Good Bose QCII

These are good earbuds out there, I tried so many of earbuds but these are the most comfortable and sound. But my main problem is the Bluetooth one in a while got disconnected took me some time to tr-connected. If Bose fix this problem then no others branch could compare with Bose

I have been using AirPods for years but I wanted noise cancellation that was a bit better. I am amazed by the fit and comfort of my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, and the noise cancellation is extraordinary! I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent sound quality of my new Bose earbuds. I used them on a 9 hour flight to Hawaii, and they are now my earbuds of choice around the house and in my woodworking shop.
