It’s hard to find something to complain about

Fits great, sounds great. The only issue I found is clunky connectivity issues switching between devices. Even when using the app. I can live with that for the sound and comfort.

Great sound quality and comfortable

Replaced the first generation QuietComfort Earbuds with these. The smaller case and earbuds is a much better form factor. More comfortable to wear, less obtrusive look, more comfortable carrying in your pocket. Sound quality is excellent, noise cancellation is great, being able to listen with just the right earbud in place is nice. One criticism… In a normal day I want to use these interchangeably between my iPhone and iPad. Unlike the QuietComfort 700 headset, the buds cannot retain two device connections at the same time. It’s a pain to disconnect and reconnect frequently between devices.

Massive upgrade from the first version

I bought two version 1 earbuds (1 to replace a lost one) and had them for a few years. Loved them. I decided to get the version 2 and they have been superior in every way.
The most noticeable improvement is the noise canceling. I used them on a flight out of Dallas and I could immediately tell the difference. It could be the fit, but canceling the plane drone was so much better. Regarding the fit, I found the fit and comfort of the new version to be excellent for my ears. They are definitely lighter and could get a good seal consistently.
The sound quality of my music was also much better. I worked with the EQ to dial in a good balanced sound.
I highly recommend the version 2 for anyone in the market.

Overall Nice noise canceling ear buds

I have had these three weeks now. Theses fit better than the old design and are comfortable. Noise cancellation is excellent for ear buds. Call quality sounds tinny but clear. I wish I could tell how much charge was in the bud case and the case feels cheap but it works so far.

Great Sound, buggy wireless connection

I have always enjoyed Bose products for over 30 years. Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II sound just like all Bose products, the best you can buy! This is the first Bose product I have had any issues with, the Bose connect app is buggy and doesn't always connect well. I really like the earbuds but its hard to keep them connected.

I liked the first version of the QC earbuds but in a long flight found them a bit too heavy and bulky for my ears. The new model QC earbuds 2, are much more comfortable and I love that there is a microphone in both buds.

I love the quiet!

They fit great. Sound even better. Ear buds have always hurt my ears and never fit exactly right. These don't fall out and aren't nearly as uncomfortable as other brands of earbuds.
