I have not been able to keep the buds in both ears..and one side the sound stopped working
..on the side that works the sound is GREAT...need tech support

Great Noise Cancelling

I love Bose. I own a few products from Bose but I also own similar products from other manufacturers. I love my Bose QuietComfort Earbud II and its my daily go to. Soundwise I like it better than my airpod pro. Designwise, I like the airpod pro better. If I could make some constructive criticisms, the open sound when you put on the earbuds is too weird and a little loud, the case feels a bit flimsy and cheap and its hard to pull out the airbuds from the case. Otherwise, if I have to choose between my airpods pro or my Bose earbuds II, I would choose Bose any day. No one can beat the noise cancelling, the design is better than the first one (which I owned), the sound is better. I like the simplicity of the app that goes with it.

I’ve owned many different apple air pods and recently I was traveling and didn’t have my air pods and was stuck with a 6 hour layover in Charlotte. I was in the American lounge and needing some ear buds. I decided to try something new and spent lots on the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II. They took a bit getting used to and then after less that 4 weeks the left earbud sounds like a broken speaker. I would have expected for the price they would have lasted longer.

VERY bad bluetooth stability

Overall the sound quality and ANC is excellent, when it works. However, and it's a big however, the quality of the Bluetooth connection is terrible (and a quick google search shows multiple forums raising the same issues). My connection frequently drops without warning and takes ages to reconnect/ I have to reset Bluetooth on my phone. In addition, the earbuds will go out of sync for a period so you're getting sound slightly delayed in one ear...
All in all I wish they could get this fixed because when they work they work great but for now I would recommend staying clear until they have fixed this

Total waste of money

These earbuds would be great only if Bose had quality control that tests each buds before selling.
Mine had 2 issues:
1- uneven volume between left and right.
2-Right earbud when in aware mode doesn't stop the noise cancelling making me hear the outside sounds from only the left bud.
Local service center in Egypt told me they don't have these buds and accordingly couldn't replace them, so I lost my 300$ in useless buds.
Also the software is a disaster, rarely shows the connection and doesn't have battery level indicator for the case.
The sound quality and noise canceling are great if you're lucky in a working pair.

Excellent earbuds!!

I have always been a Bose customer currently owning 4 previous sold earbuds & headphones with no issues whatsoever. However my son recently purchased me a pair of iPod Pro earbuds. They did not live up to my expectations at all. They fell out, hurt the cartilage of the outside of my ears, made my ears itchy, unsuccessful ear seal after Fit Tests therefore the noise cancellation was lousy. I switched back to Bose & purchased the new Bose Quiet Comfort 2 earbuds and they’re perfect! No issues. Bose customer for life nothing else compares to their quality & features!!
