Little disappointed

I bought a snow thrower then a tiller. I used nether one a lot, but was happy with both. Looks like now the battery is shot, I thought it should have lasted better for no more for as little as it was used.

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this battery. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owner’s manual period from the date of purchase.
Should you continue to experience a problem with the battery and charger, simply submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the battery and charger so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information.

Great battery, it charges pretty fast and so far lasts as long as the blower jobs I have used it for. Have not yet run the blower until the battery ran out. Maybe 35 minutes is the longest continuous use so far.

Way too expensive. This battery cost more than many of the tools that come with said battery.
