We were looking for one we could handle and had enough power for our 3car driveway and sidewalks AND be battery operated!
We saw the Greenworks and thought it looked too good to be true so we went to utube and watched and rewatched . We ordered it in summer so we had time to learn and be ready for winter. Sure enough, the snow came and it did everything with ease and on one battery charge!
We are sold and passed our experience on to others.

The battery will not Charge no matter how many attempts I make to charge it

Thank you for your review. The battery is not shipped fully charged, so we recommend charging it fully before first use. Our lithium-ion batteries can be charged at any time.
Charging Instructions: Use Only a Dedicated 82V Charger. The 82V battery must be charged with a compatible Greenworks 82V charger, such as the Greenworks GC400 Charger or the Greenworks 82CH62K 6-Port Charger. 82V batteries are not cross-compatible with other Greenworks voltage platforms.
1. Insert the Battery
2. Slide the battery firmly into the charger until it clicks into place.
3. Monitor the LED Indicator: Flashing Green Light – Battery is charging. Solid Green Light – Battery is fully charged.
Charging Temperature Range:
For optimal performance and battery longevity, charge the battery in an environment between 5°C and 40°C (41°F–104°F).
Remove After Charging. The charger does not have a trickle-charge function. Once the indicator shows solid green, remove the battery from the charger.
Recommend Troubleshooting Steps:
Flashing Red Light: A blinking red LED indicates a fault condition such as:
Battery too hot / Poor connection / Temporary charging error.
To reset:
Remove the battery from the charger.
Unplug the charger from the outlet for 1 minute.
Reconnect power and reinsert the battery.
If the red light persists after resetting, allow the battery to cool to room temperature and try again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lasts about 30 minutes which is enough time for a second battery to charge and is lighter then the ones the last a lil longer but 30 minutes of power and 30 minutes to full charge with 2 batteries still means no downtime using this in a chainsaw so wanted to keep with the lightest battery for my own sake
