We are sorry to hear the mulching performance has not met your expectations, especially since you have already taken the time to try different settings and even worked with support on a blade replacement. While it is good to hear you are enjoying the lighter weight and quiet operation, clumping and visible clippings can occur when grass conditions are too heavy, damp, or when too much is cut in a single pass, even on healthy lawns. For best mulching results, we recommend mowing more frequently and ensuring no more than one-third of the grass height is removed per cut, as well as confirming the mower is set to the correct mulching configuration with a clean, properly installed blade. Cutting at a slightly higher deck setting and reducing ground speed can also help improve airflow and clipping circulation under the deck.
