Great power, good luck using as chain falls off

I have had the 80v polesaw saw for 2 years. It has less than 2 hrs of use. Chain is sharp, but will not stay on bar for more than 2 or 3 cuts and it comes off. This is such a pc of junk. I would like to upgrade the bar/chain if possible to be able to trim trees.
Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the chain tension. We recommend checking the chain tension frequently and tension as required. The chain is correctly tension when there is no sag on the underside of the guide bar and when the chain is snug but can be turned by hand without binding. A chain tension while warm may be too tight upon cooling. Check the "cold tension" before next use. If you still are experiencing issues with the chain, we would be happy to see how we can help!
