[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, it was incredible. And then after 6 months, the self-propel stopped working. 1.5 years later one of the batteries is defective and flashing red. If not for these two things I would give it 5 stars and highly recommend. When it's working well, it's pretty incredible.

Hello SomeHuskerFan. We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced. We can see you have been in touch with our team, and we are happy they were able to assist you with this warranty claim. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know we are here to help. We can be reached by Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com. By phone 1-888-909-6757. you could also refer to the FAQ ask section of the tool or ask us a question. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This my second Greenworks 80V mower, the first ran well for 6 years. This mower also shows great cutting power and runtime. I haven't used the self propell motor much, but it is very helpful on the small portion of my 3/4 acre yard with an incline.
Pros: Easy to Use, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Mower for Larger Urban Lawn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower came with 2 batteries at 4ah. The battery life provided ample time to mow the entire yard in self-propel mode. The blade speed was high enough so that it would not leave stringers sticking up in my Bermuda grass like lower powered units do. The mulching feature works very well given the fan and the fast-cutting speed. The green is cut fine enough that I no linger bag the grass and it does not clump like the conventional mower does. Regular mowing is still required to keep the grass form getting too tall. When cutting taller grass, the mower automatically adds power, and I have not had to push the turbo button yet. Of course, the cut time is reduced when cutting taller grass that us over 4” to 5”. The mover is heavy, however the self-propel mode work very well and does not bog down on the slopping part of my lawn. I only went with the 80v system to handle the sloping lawn in self-propel mode and the times when I extra power to cut taller grass. The two 4ah batteries were chosen to allow enough time for my larger urban lawn. The 21” is plenty wide. When I do use the grass catcher, the mower does a nice job of filling the catcher from the back corner toward the grass chute. The mower does a very nice job of filling the gras catcher. The grass catcher size is on the larger size for a non-commercial mower. The mower is well built, with a metal deck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased the 80v self-propelled mower. I have used it a couple times now and really like it. The only problem I have is I wish they had a flat blade option for it instead of the mulch blade. I’ve never been a fan of the mulch blades. But overall I give it a 👍👍
