Light, powerful, easy to use

Good -
- Battery - 80V / 4AM battery is decent. I was able to mow most of my yard (have a decent size corner lot in a subdivision. Takes about 30 to 40 minutes for full recharge which is awesome.
- Weight - Very light. Almost don't need the self propelled.
- Handling - Good, but takes a little getting use to. It is rear wheel drive and you have to let off the self propel bar 1 to 1.5 seconds before you come to a stop, or plan to pull it backwards. The controls for the self propel bar is below the handle, and the bar to keep it running is along the top. This was the opposite form my prior mower, so I kept shutting the mower off on accident. But I'm sure it will be like 2nd nature soon enough. An added benefit that I have not seen in any post yet is that you can use the self propel without having the mower blades running. I found this useful as I have to traverse a few areas between grassy areas. I was able to use the self propel without worrying about the blades hitting anything or kicking anything up. Very handy.
- Storage and Cleaning - The fold up feature is great for storing, and makes it easy to blow it off after use.
- Height Adjustment is as easy as it gets. One lever and lots of options.
- Noise - Much quieter than gas motor. Can talk over easily. Do not need noise canceling headphones. Could use ear pods and still hear music without making them too loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give it some time to write a review. I was satisified with the performace of this lawn mower until last week. I have had it since March, but did not start using it until late April. I think it would be better if I could adjust it to cut a little closer to the ground and also the 4.0Ah battery had malfunctioned. I hope they will resolve this issue soon.
If it was not for the battery issue I think it is a good buy.

I can’t tell you how happy I purchased this mower. Never have to worry about having gas. Charge the second battery, while using the first. I don’t walk quick enough to get it done with one battery. The options for bagging or mulching is great. Starting the mower is a dream, just push a button. I couldn’t be more thrilled with this mower.

I am a little disappointed in the shorter than expected battery life so I can’t complete my yard without having to let the batteries cool off and then recharge both batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Greenworks 80v mower for almost 2 seasons and am completely satisfied. It is well built and cuts my grass uniformily and well. I cut about 1/4 acre which requires about 1-1/2 battery cycles. If the grass is high and/or wet the mower boggs down and occasionally stalls. The battery also discharges more quickly. I’m having trouble with the charger now and will see how well Greenworks backs up their product.
