[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed this mower in the short time that I have had it, but there are some drawbacks that leave me less than satisfied with my pricey purchase. To start with the good things:
- The extra cutting width is a great feature, definitely knocks off some cutting time
- The batteries are amazing. I can easily cut my .4 acre (hilly) yard without even getting through 50% of the second battery. The included fast charger actually seems to charge a single battery faster than the mower uses them up! So, in theory, I guess you could almost mow indefinitely without interruption with this dual battery setup.
- The extra cutting width is a great feature, definitely knocks off some cutting time
- The batteries are amazing. I can easily cut my .4 acre (hilly) yard without even getting through 50% of the second battery. The included fast charger actually seems to charge a single battery faster than the mower uses them up! So, in theory, I guess you could almost mow indefinitely without interruption with this dual battery setup.
The things that are knocking my rating down from a 5-star are:
- The " intelligent" blade control on the motors takes entirely too long to react to increasing loads. If the grass goes from thin to thick, I have to go back over this spot once the blade speed kicks up to get it fully cut.
- The bag is far too small for a deck this size, even with grass that was cut just one week before, I have to empty the bag 15-20 times while cutting my yard.
- Something in the geartrain for the rear wheels makes a horrifying crunching/clicking sound if the mower is pointed even slightly uphill when you engage the ground drive at the handlebars. Not knowing if this will cause any damage, I have to find a way to not be pointed uphill when starting the next pass after turning around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has turned out to be the best mower I’ve ever owned , and at the age of 71 ! Was easy to assemble as the instructions were simple and straightforward. Battery charging is simple and efficient. Love the double batteries can be both installed on the mower . No stopping to retrieve the second battery when the first runs out. Great controls . Comfortable to walk behind as the handle easily adjusts for user comfort. The wide cut allowed me to cut/mulch my 1/4 acre yard in less than an hour and on one battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its best for small yards. It does not work well if grass is too tall. If your grass area is less than a quarter acre, this is perfect for you. Just mow once every 7 to 10 days and you will be good for a long time.
