ordered it, but-but-but > shocked to learn that never came as your stock was empty. Would consider again when the boat comes ..better model more powerful would be preferred .. hard to rate anything if I don't have your product.. Please tell the boat captain to put it in 5th gear so that the boat arrives sooner than later:::: before I will be forced to buy a competitive brand/product. as my trimming needs are just around the corner...have to do it very soon. Product must have 10' reach!

Battery issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to be the there is an issue on 80v battery. After 7 months use, the battery 2Ah is only enough to run the hedges trimmed 10 minute and enough to run lawn mower 5 minutes! I wonder if I can request battery replacement on this situation?
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe
I would recommend this to a friend!
