I own several Greenworks products and overall like them. However, my old green works trimer broke and I needed to purchase a new one. I am a bit disappointed with the design and handling of the new cordless pole Hedge trimer, as it is difficult to hold and changing the angle of the cutting head is awkward compared to the old hedge trimmer.
Pros: Convenient, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tool. I used this on a 10' ladder to trim a large 15' shrub. No problem. Cuts through everything, like butter. Well balanced for it's length. Battery was at 75% after an hour.

Cuts very well, although a bit noisey when cutting heavier branches, wished they had the long one in the 82v with metal head, I'm concerned how well it will hold up long term. Only time will tell. Otherwise it really works great.

ordered it, but-but-but > shocked to learn that never came as your stock was empty. Would consider again when the boat comes ..better model more powerful would be preferred .. hard to rate anything if I don't have your product.. Please tell the boat captain to put it in 5th gear so that the boat arrives sooner than later:::: before I will be forced to buy a competitive brand/product. as my trimming needs are just around the corner...have to do it very soon. Product must have 10' reach!
