When I first opened the hedger and battery, I thought it was going to be too heavy to really handle. But I just started using it and it is well balance. I also like the handle which can be turned 360 deg. It feels quite powerful. I haven't tried to cut any 3/4 inch branches, but it feels like it will cut it with ease, very pleased with my purchase. The battery seems to have a long operating life

I have the 40 v version so thought the 80 v would be designed to be easier to use. It isn't and is even more unwieldy. I don't recommend it.

I've had the mower, weed wacker for two years with no problems cutting & trimming my yard, the power that these tools have is amazing and it's very difficult to impress me but Green works did. So, I needed a new trimmer with reach due to I don't do ladders anymore and the cordless adjustable Hedge trimmer is the best investment that I've made so far this year, waiting on the leaf blower to become available next!
