Trims very well, so far no issues with all branch sizes and the flexibility of the handle angles plus the security of the safety switch are great features

Brushless Hedge Trimmer 80V

Trimming our 10 foot hedge is a breeze now with the 80V. Much lighter weight than gas powered. I also had an electric one and this is far better. No more worries of grandkids trimming the cord instead of the bush. Long blade and lots of power. Love this product

WORST TOOL I EVER OWNED!!!

When you get the trimmer working it's great. The problem is getting it started. You may have to play with the switch for over an hour. Once you get it going it works fine. Once you let go of the trigger, you may not get it going again. I WOUNDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TRIMMER TO ANYONE! ESPECIALLY SOMEONE WITH A SHORT TEMPER. I'll give it to anyone who is willing to pick it up or pay for the shipping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only used the trimmer a few times.But it has plenty of cutting power and the battery life is good. It would be nice to have the option of removing the center 24'' shaft to have a shorter cutting length.

Power + safety

If you have large, tough, and/or neglected hedges, this is the tool. It has plenty of power, a blade with large jaw openings for fewer missed branches, and good safety features. It is definitely a two-handed tool, and both hands must be gripping it properly or the blade stops. And it stops instantly, unlike all the other hedge trimmers I've used that tend to "coast" a couple seconds after the trigger is released, a danger to fingers and other objects that might be encountered unintentionally. It also has a 180 degree rotating handle that makes non-horizontal trimming much easier and safer. It is fairly heavy with battery on board and really is not meant to be used above shoulder level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used the Pole Hedge Trimmer as soon as it arrived and it rocks. I purchased the trimmer because I fell off a ladder using an electric hand held trimmer. I researched many options and found the Greenworks to be the best solution. I like the power it has. My only suggestion is to if the engineers could figure flow to reduce the battery weight. Otherwise it exceeds my expectations.
