Simple to use, Excellent cuts at all settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it three times over the last three weeks and I am very satisfied with how easy it is to use over my gas powered model. Cuts my mowing time down to 20% being able to adjust the speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGT THIS ONE BECAUSE I GAVE MY DAUGHER THE GREEN WORKS 20" WALK BEHIND THAT I BOUGHT ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO. SHE HAS HAD IT OVER A YEAR AND IS STILL WORKING LIKE NEW. SO I THOUGHT THIS TIME I WOULD BUY A SELF-PROPELLED TO MAKE IT EASY ON MY SELF.

Too early to tell about time
Clippings bag much smaller than I am used to. Will require more frequent emptying in leaf season.
No problems with power so far.
Lights are a small waste of energy.

Literally took it out of the box and the charger already has a the blinking red light. Crazy that your product is all about the batteries and then the most crucial part of the whole product doesn’t work. Insanity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery is not shipped fully charged. It is recommended to fully charge before first use to ensure that maximum run time can be achieved. This lithium-ion battery will not develop a memory and may be charged at any time. To charge the battery, plug the charger into an AC power outlet. Insert the battery into the charger. A flashing red light on a charger when you first take it out of the box typically indicates a problem with the battery or charger itself. It could mean the battery is critically low, potentially dead, or that the charger is not functioning correctly.
We recommend trying the following troubleshooting tip.
When the battery is inserted into the charger and the status LED blinks red, remove the battery from the charger for 1 minute, then reinsert. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, remove the battery and unplug the charger for 1 minute. After 1 minute, plug in the charger and reinsert the battery. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, then this likely indicates an issue with the battery or charger and will be taken care of by our team. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 5/7/25. This mower replaced a 48 YO Honda self propelled mower. I like the light weight of the mower and ease of use. My only reservations with it is that after a short period of time (15-20 Min.) of mowing low grass it suddenly stops;. According to the "Trouble Shoot" information the problem is engine overheating. it starts again after a brief time but I don't like this feature. This condition occurs probably 6-8 times and the yard is small. (4200 s.f.

Self propelled, lighted cutting ahead area, quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item because it does exactly what my gas mower does, plus it's lighter, and self propelled and has lights in front so I can cut grass in the dark and not wake up my neighbors. Comes with 2 batteries, a 80V 2.0 Amp hour, and a 80V 4.0Amp hour battery, with fast charger, rarely does it quit, my yard is approximately less than a 1/4 acre. On jackrabbit speed I get to hop to it, and turtle speed is s l o w.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

Good mower, battery losing charge capacity

I bought this mower at the end of last summer and was very happy with its performance. Now that I've started to use it again this spring I've noticed a significant decline in the battery longevity. I feel like the battery has already decreased 20 to 30% from the time it was new. The mower itself works very well and I'm pleased with that. I'm going to have to break down and buy another battery when initially I could get my lawn mowed using just one.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe

Cannot Handle Any Amount of Wet Grass.

I’ve never hated a purchase more. If you live where the dew stays on for awhile, or is a more wet, humid climate in general, do not purchase this. The mower cannot handle it. The wet grass gets gunked up and blade shuts off every few feet. And due to it constantly shutting off and needing to be restarted, the battery depletes extremely quickly. Should have returned it forever ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As our lawn mowers are electric, it is advised to not use them in damp/wet locations or if it is raining. Wet grass is inherently more challenging for any mower due to its increased weight and resistance to cutting. Wet grass is heavier and more difficult to cut, which can cause the mower to struggle.
Mowing wet grass can negatively impact the quality of the cut, potentially leading to unevenness and clumping of clippings.
What to do instead.
Wait for the grass to dry, if possible, wait until the dew or rain has passed and the grass is dry to the touch before mowing.
Raise the cutting height, if you must mow wet grass, raise the mowers' cutting height to minimize the amount of grass being cut at once.
Clean the mower thoroughly, after mowing wet grass, be sure to clean the mower deck and blades to prevent rust and corrosion.
