[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mower about 3 months ago and was very pleasantly surprised with how much power it had to mulch thick grass. And I with the 2 batteries, I had no problem mowing my 1/3 acre lot. I especially love how it senses thicker grass and automatically turns on turbo mode.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the 60V 21" Greenworks push mower. This 80V has just as goog of run time with the added Turbo feature. My leaves won't stand a chance!
We bought a GreenWorks push mower at a garage sale. It had only been used a couple of times. We love using it but the battery doesn't make a good connection, and it sometimes won't start. Other than that we've been pleased with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a FANTASITC mower, truly the best on the market. Easy to use, great power and does a great job with little to no grass run off.
I bought this nearly exactly 3 years ago and take impeccable care of it. The Self-Propel stopped working today. Without this feature it renders the lawnmower almost unusable on a yard that has incline and for someone lacking in strength to push through it I would think the life a lawnmower would be greater than 3 years. Very Disappointed as it was not an inexpensive mower.

Hello Aud04. We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. It is unfortunate that this process has made you lose confidence in us. We, at Greenworks like any other brand, have a warranty procedure we must adhere to for warranty claims and their timelines. I’ve never hated a purchase more. If you live where the dew stays on for awhile, or is a more wet, humid climate in general, do not purchase this. The mower cannot handle it. The wet grass gets gunked up and blade shuts off every few feet. And due to it constantly shutting off and needing to be restarted, the battery depletes extremely quickly. Should have returned it forever ago.

Hello Chase206,
We acknowledge your disappointment with the mower's performance. We understand that it did not meet your expectations. As our lawn mowers are electric, it is advised to not use them in damp/wet locations or if it is raining. Wet grass is inherently more challenging for any mower due to its increased weight and resistance to cutting. Wet grass is heavier and more difficult to cut, which can cause the mower to struggle. Mowing wet grass can negatively impact the quality of the cut, potentially leading to unevenness and clumping of clippings. What to do instead. Wait for the grass to dry, if possible, wait until the dew or rain has passed and the grass is dry to the touch before mowing. Raise the cutting height, if you must mow wet grass, raise the mowers' cutting height to minimize the amount of grass being cut at once. Clean the mower thoroughly, after mowing wet grass, be sure to clean the mower deck and blades to prevent rust and corrosion. We hope you will find this information useful. If you need any further support, our team is available to assist you. You can connect with us through Live Chat on our website at www.greenworkstools.com, or by phone at 1-888-909-6757.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Greenworks for years now. Mower, weedeater, blower, compressor, chainsaw, etc... We thought is was about time to introduce mom to the benefits of electric lawn care.
