[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much lighter than gas mower Too early to tell about time Clippings bag much smaller than I am used to. Will require more frequent emptying in leaf season. No problems with power so far. Lights are a small waste of energy.

Literally took it out of the box and the charger already has a the blinking red light. Crazy that your product is all about the batteries and then the most crucial part of the whole product doesn’t work. Insanity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is recommended to fully charge before first use to ensure that maximum run time can be achieved. This lithium-ion battery will not develop a memory and may be charged at any time. To charge the battery, plug the charger into an AC power outlet. Insert the battery into the charger. A flashing red light on a charger when you first take it out of the box typically indicates a problem with the battery or charger itself. It could mean the battery is critically low, potentially dead, or that the charger is not functioning correctly. We recommend trying the following troubleshooting tip. When the battery is inserted into the charger and the status LED blinks red, remove the battery from the charger for 1 minute, then reinsert. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, remove the battery and unplug the charger for 1 minute. After 1 minute, plug in the charger and reinsert the battery. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, then this likely indicates an issue with the battery or charger and will be taken care of by our team. We recommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with properly submitting a warranty claim. Amazing power and battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mower about 3 months ago and was very pleasantly surprised with how much power it had to mulch thick grass. And I with the 2 batteries, I had no problem mowing my 1/3 acre lot. I especially love how it senses thicker grass and automatically turns on turbo mode.

Solid Performer, Great Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mower as part of a package with a trimmer and blower; it was very cost effective and has worked well. I wish the battery life was a bit longer but it only takes 40 minutes to completely charge again. I do like the interchangeability of the battery between the various tools - makes things simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 1st 80V Self-propelled Greenworks lawnmower 5 years ago and it is still working great! We live in a court, and I have always been able to cut the lawn with one 4.0 amp battery, no problem. I am still using it and now have the backpack blower, trimmers, etc. I decided to buy a new lawnmower for our son who had just bought a new house. This new model is amazing. I love the headlight too! I highly recommend that if you are in the market for your first electric lawnmower, that you would consider Greenworks. I guarantee, you won't be sorry.

Great All Around Mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of purchasing a battery powered mower. However, it has proven to be everything I hoped for and more. The battery has more than enough capacity to complete mowing my entire lawn. I'm pleasantly surprised at how quickly the battery will recharge. I have St. Augustine grass which can grow quickly and very thick. The mower automatically jumps to turbo for the heaviest sections. The mower is much lighter than a comparable gas mower so it mows with less effort. However, the self-propulsion is there for the hardest tasks. I use the rear bagger since St. Augustine grass is so thick and does a great job. Highly recommended

Bad assembly. Useless Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handle would not assemble because of extraneous part. NO USER MANUAL AVAILABLE ONLINE. But they do include a TINY paper booklet that requires an extra strong magnifying glass to almost read. WHY when you charge this much money can't you provide a manual that can be read? Or at least have one online?
