Was not compatible with Machine

After looking through the inventory I found this product which seems like the perfect solution for the new computers that were going to be changed out at my job. It's both the device AND the drivers; no need to store a disk, or hunt online for each new computer. We ordered them and attached them to the new computers but they did not work. No solid explanation as to why, it just says it's not compatible with the video card. More than likely have to return them and get an older model which we do know works with the machines. This product did a major hit on our time and productivity.

It seems you have already been in contact with our Technical Advisor team. Were you able to ensure that your computer is up to date with the latest video card drivers? You should be able to find drivers on your computer manufacturer’s website. If you happen to have an aftermarket video card installed in your machine, please be sure those drivers have been correctly updated as well.
It would be best to ensure your system is up to date with the latest drivers and service packs as well.
We would like to point out that if you do not have administrative privileges to install driver updates, then this adapter will most likely not install correctly. Administrative access will only be needed for the initial driver installation when you first plug in the device.
We would also appreciate more information regarding your setup in order to provide better assistance. Are the computers that you tried with the adapter the same make and model? If so, are you able to test the adapter with another system to see if results vary?
