Nine hours of effort with our IT Manager and HP Support could not get the printer to send an application print file that the printer would accept. It would send a test page from the HP software successfully. The print file sent from Word or Excel blinked in the "See what's printing" view; but would not print. Returned printer. Don't buy this printer if you use Windows 7.
