[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a super slow cooker that’s why I gave it 4 stars. But the rice cooks great.

Easy peasy Rice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to use this tonight to make rice. I love that it makes it so easy that you pour and press and walk away until you hear the music saying it’s ready. It has a very nice touch screen key pad to select the option of what items you are cooking (rice, oats, couscous, and much more) I will say that the rice was a bit over cooked however this may be a user error. I am going to keep using it and learning all of the benefits that come with it.

Kitchen game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the KitchenAid Rice and Grain Cooker, and I’m seriously impressed! The rice comes out soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked every time—no more guessing or babysitting the pot. It’s super easy to use, and I love that I can set it and focus on other things while it does its job. Definitely a game-changer in my kitchen!

Long time to cook a little
on February 24, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be good for families cooking a large volume of rice or grains at one time, but for just a couple servings it’s not really worth it. Takes a long time to cook and came out dry even with adjusting the settings. I do like that the bowl is dishwasher safe which makes cleaning a breeze.

Simple to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! I have fixed rice, beans, and even eggs. It is super easy and cleans up quick. They make it simple with no measuring needed. The menu has you select what you are fixing and it automatically measures everything for you. Eggs aren't on the menu selection, but I fixed them by using the steam feature and they turned out perfect.
The only thing I would like to see change, is the noise it makes when it's ready. The volume should be louder.

2-in-1
on February 22, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine automatically measures how much beans or rice you put in the pot, then adds the appropriate amount of water to cook it. There’s a timer that is set according to how much rice or beans there is in it. It has a touch screen where you can choose what kind of grain or bean you put in the machine. It comes with a large capacity water storage jug.
This machine is on the pricier side, but if you are someone who eats rice or dried beans often- and doesn’t own a rice cooker or pressure cooker, I’d opt for this rather than a rice cooker or pressure cooker because of the versatility, 2-in-1 machine.

So good, it has made rice our go-to side dish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this rice cooker! Yes, yes, I know it cooks other grains too, but rice is mostly what we cook in it. Sometimes it can be tricky to get rice to come out perfect on the stovetop, not too dry and not too moist—and then what happens when you want different textures or there is a delay in the rest of the food and it has to sit for a while? This grain cooker solves both of these problems and its stay warm feature can keep it the perfect temp and texture for even hours. The start time feature is also very helpful by setting things up to be cooked, and can make meal prep a bit less stressful. The user interface is also good, making it easy to use. The only downside to this cooker is that, although it gives you an estimated total cook time, the time remaining isn’t displayed until it is almost done, so I always pay attention to the time I start it if I care to estimate when it will be done. But I would rather have perfect rice than knowing down to the minute when it will be done. All in all, a worthy investment.
