Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kitchenAid grain and rice cooker, was surprisingly easy to get started. Within less than 40 minutes I had fully cooked rice. I’m not good at cooking rice so this is definitely something that will become a staple in my kitchen.
My only wish is that the cord was longer because of my small counter space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit makes it so easy to cook rice. Select the amount of rice on the digital screen and press start. It’s that easy to make rice. It pretty compact considering everything it can do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice cooker is a lifesaver! This is the first one i have ever own, this Kitchenaid rice cooker is amazing! Its has multiple setting for rice, grains, and beans and it cooks all of them in under an hour. The first thing i made in it was Spanish rice and it literally came out perfect! The water dispensers mesures the water out for you, so no more over cooked rice. I never knew that i needed a rice cooker in my life until now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I read the manual, played around with it, and came to the conclusion that yes it is a big appliance (for a rice cooker anyway) BUT it is great. The digital screen will take you through the cleaning steps or cooking steps if you lose your manual. It comes with a recipes book too. This cooked my steel milled oats beautifully! I will say, it took some adjustments to get used to the cooking steps and how to override the scale. Other than a learning curve: it is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely make life much easier. Innovative way to cook rice, grains without worry about the amount of water to add in the pot. Rice is perfectly cooked. There are options to cook your rice or grains to be soft or regular or firm which i really like! I like my rice on the firmer side. It’s a little small . I can only cook around 3-4 cups of rice at once. It’s very quick. For Jasmine as well as short grain white rice take around 35 mins to cook. Also can keep rice warm for a long time without changing the color of rice. Very easy to clean. Nice design! Love the touchscreen with sound. I wish this have option to make Scorched rice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so easy to use, and my brown rice came out so fluffy. You just fill up the water and put rice, beans, or grains. It figures out the weight to water ratio. On the digital screen, it shows you a progress bar, and after it's done, it goes into warming mode. Another cool feature is it has a steaming basket, which I wasn't expecting. It doesn't take too much space, as you can see. Overall, KitchenAid has put out a great product.
