[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used it once and the results were disappointing. To be fair, I will acknowledge this likely could have been user error, so will run it through the cooking phases in the coming weeks experimenting with various settings.. Come back to me in a month and I'll have a much better review for you. I am, however optimistic this machine will rock as I am a Kitchen Aid fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer. Makes perfect rice everytime. Even wild rice was great. Haven't tried beans yet, I'm sure they will come out great also. The menu is very user friendly. Highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 3 weeks ago and used it immediately. It's unbelievably easy to use; select your grain or rice, fill the water reservoir, the cooker weighs the amount of food being prepared, select how you want it cooked and press start. The cooker adds the precise amount of water for your choice. After cooking, the menu window lets you know how long it's been warming. Best of all, there's ABSOLUTELY no mess.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for over a month and it cooks rice perfectly, steams vegetables very well (I've used both fresh and frozen vegetables in it) and cooks grains well too. I'm glad I purchased this - it's staying on our counter because we use it nearly every day.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it!! It is super easy to use and I don’t have to worry about over cooking the rice or burning it. I was finally able to make the perfect rice. I also steamed eggs in it. Cleaning up after the rice was super easy as I used the pre-wash function to set me up for a easy clean up. The only down side is the price. While I think it is worth it for the tech it is too expensive for me and definitely a luxury item.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice rice maker! It seems too much to keep your rice maker on the countertop with a water tank unless you make rice weekly. It also has options to cook beans, lentils and soak food prior to cooking. The weight can be very picky with distribution of food. I also thought it overcooked my rice. 35 minutes for 1/2 cup rice is way too long. I did however like the touch screen and self clean options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I was a bit skeptical on how a machine will know how to cook rice perfectly just by weighing it. But I am not even exaggerating when I say the rice was so perfect, every grain of rice was cooked perfectly and was firm, no clumps. It was extremely easy to use as a first time user. I just rinsed rice and placed it in pot and then it weighed it while then adding the perfect amount of water on its own. I can’t wait to use this product to cook more items like oatmeal or beans.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving it! We’re only starting to learn how to take full advantage of it, but we just had the best steamed broccoli we’ve had in a long time, and oatmeal in the morning is a breeze! Rice too, easy & delicious, and looking forward to cooking beans next!
