[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used it once and the results were disappointing. To be fair, I will acknowledge this likely could have been user error, so will run it through the cooking phases in the coming weeks experimenting with various settings..
Come back to me in a month and I'll have a much better review for you. I am, however optimistic this machine will rock as I am a Kitchen Aid fan.

Similar to multipot but no yogurt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this grain & rice cooker but regret the purchase as its similar to an instant pot/multicooker but more expensive and with fewer features. Specifically, it doesn't have a "keep warm" that is cool enough to make homemade yogurt. For steaming, it works well but the steaming basket is verysmall and its faster to do the amount I need on the stovetop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TOUCH SCREEN DOES NOT WORK-COOKING FRUSTRATION

Incredibly frustrating .... touch screen does not work... they sent a second replacement same problem. Then they expected me to take the replacement to send back before sending anything that would work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT/ JENNIFER GARNER SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTING OR ADVERTISING THIS.

Unable to make small servings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize you needed a minimum amount for the rice.i was hoping to have a fresh two person serving every day, now I need to use way more than intended and refrigerate then reheat. Not what i planned. I also have the Jasmine rice come out hard, even after sitting for 10 min. after cooking. Trying to find the right custom setting to fix. Wish I wouldn’t have bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
