[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have extremely long thick black hair. It sometimes takes me hours to flat iron my hair. Constantly going over pieces again and again . But with the new T3 single pass I finished my hair in under 30 mins. It heats up very fast. I only needed to straighten each strand once I didn’t have to continue to go over each strand again. One pass and it was straight. Was finished in no time. My hair looks healthy and very shiny. Extremely impressive.

Definitely takes some getting used to

Definitely take the time to read and understand the instruction booklet as you won't know how to operate it correctly at first. Once I got the hang of it, I appreciated the ability to adjust temperature as needed.

Good flatiron, ok controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this T3 flatiron is pretty good. The cord is long and the weight is not bad. The controls are a little gimmicky, as you're still setting for a temperature, you just choose a hair style that is assigned to a temperature instead. The recessed button means you won't accidentally hit it when styling, but the press-and-hold can be a bit annoying. "Single pass" is if you are the type to move the iron through your hair slowly, but the T3 does a very good job straightening hair faster than my old flatirons.

It works quckly compared to others, and I only have to run it over each section one time. My hair is really thick and I have found this reduced my styling time significantly. I also absolutely LOVE that it has an auto off function -- saves me from worrying every day if I turned off my hair products! I have been straightening my hair more than curling it because I love this product so much.
