Not durable

Stopped working just past the 2 year warranty. At the cost, I do expect an iron to last longer than this

Does not last very long

I expected a "salon quality" hair tool would last much longer than 3 years. Especially since I'm the only one using it on my own hair.
When it works it's great and doesn't pull, so an extra star for that. But right after that warranty expires don't expect much from it.

Hard to use

I found this difficult to get the results I wanted. The settings didn’t work and the only way to turn it off was unplug it. I am sending it back. Very disappointed because I love this brand.

Not worth the money

I received the flat iron as a gift. Every time I use it, it sounds and feels like it's pulling my hair. So much so that I thought I left some sort of protective sticker on it that needed to be removed prior to use. (it doesn't come with protective stickers) It does not put through my hair smoothly and I do not have course hair. For the money, I do not recommend this product.

I loved this product, glides really nice on hair, however I wished the buttons on how to change setting would be easier and instruction is NOT easy to follow.

Narrow plates

The plates are too narrow in width. I had a different brand before this one and the plates were wider but similar in length. Buttons are not user friendly.
